  Well, where to begin?! I have honestly been coming to Tenerife for the past 20 years and went on multiple excursions; so I can genuinely say this is the worst excursion I've ever encountered. To begin with, we were picked up in what appeared to resemble a bin (no garage would ever pass the MOT on this 'vehicle'- WHERE ARE THE SEAT BELTS?). Upon arrival at the quad safari warehouse, we asked whether swapping drivers on the double quad was possible, as it had been previously promised to us by multiple sale reps. Numerous other couples asked the same question and we were all met with a torrent of abuse and made to feel as if we were in the wrong when this clearly was a miscommunication between the company and the reps. After finally accepting a swap wouldn't be possible we stood with the rest of the group and waited to board the quads; only to be dramatically pulled aside and told to take our helmets off as we were now not allowed to even ride them because we were 'in a mood' and 'making them feel nervous' (sorry we weren't ecstatic at the fact we'd been sold overpriced lies, but then again 'it's only €100' (as rudely stated by staff member MATEO). After consistently being denied access we asked for a refund and to be taken to the excerusion office we initially purchased from. When arriving at the office the quad safari boss refused to get of out the car (as promised again) to speak to the sale rep and sort the massive miscommunication. We therefore refused to leave the car too as we were not willing to get to the office and be further denied a refund (as stated when speaking to the office on the phone in the quad safari warehouse). This sparked the driver to rapidly speed off with us in the van with no seat belts and the door WIDE OPEN and simultaneously screaming abuse in Spanish. I am aware this whole scenario appears dramatic and long winded but I can't express enough how utterly disgusting the whole experience was. At the end of the day we were ROBBED of €100+. There are so many other good quad companies that will go the extra mile who I would perfuesly advise you book with, rather than this travesty of a company.

  To the person below who said they were 'getting hit on the head with a shoe' - lighten up a bit. It's just a bit of banter once your helmets on. Someone broke down on our trip too, & they quickly fixed it on the spot.

  Did the jeep safari and what an experience. A small lunch after an hour which was nice and then the dusty part of the trip. Views are stunning and the guide very informative when asked questions. Jeeps are a little tired and the steering a little vague but I suppose when u see what they have to cope with every day they have an excuse not to be in prime condition.

  The guides are great & show enthusiasm, & it's a cool trip with great views. Not that much of it is off road, that's true. But it's a nice ride.

  Came here with my 3 teenage kids and what a fantastic day! We went on the 4hr tour. Was picked up from our hotel. Guys are friendly, very professional, told us all about mount tiede & were great with all the group. Had such a fun day. Highly recommend

  Worth every penny. The guides were great the scenery was awesome. The off road experience on the way down was thrilling! I totally do not understand why this place isn't on Trip Advisor or Viator. My son and I had a blast.
